For individuals, you need to get TFN number from ATO - Australia Taxation Office.
Here are the tax slabs for individuals as of 2019 Financial year in Australia runs from 1 July to 30 June. Tax deadline is usually the end of october. You can file the tax returns yourself on ATO website or you can also hire tax agent for this. If you are doing a business as a sole trader, you will need to get ABN - Australia business number.
